The 26 June 2012 DoD CIO designation memo specifies that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) will perform cloud brokerage functions to achieve IT efficiencies, reliability, interoperability, and improve security and end-to-end performance by using cloud service offerings…

In support of this mission, DISA has developed a Cloud Security Model that describes security processes affecting cloud service providers (CSPs) and DoD cloud customers. Vendors and customers have an opportunity to provide the DoD Enterprise Cloud Service Broker with feedback on the Cloud Security Model.

The purpose of this announcement is to provide vendors and customers an opportunity to provide the ECSB with feedback on the DoD ECSB Cloud Security Model.

Please provide feedback to the Cloud Security Model by April 30, 2013. The document and Comment Matrix are available at the IASE Cloud Broker Security site: http://iase.disa.mil/cloud_security/downloads.html.
