After reports emerged earlier this year accusing China of launching persistent cyberattacks against US companies and government agencies,

activity from the People’s Liberation Army against US sites grew quiet for several months. Now the attacks have resumed; the activity is at about 70 percent of the level previously reached and they attackers are using new techniques to target many of the same organizations.
