Bluestar Museums – Free Admission to over 1,800 museums
More than 2,000 museums across America offer free admission to active duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day, May 30, through Labor Day, September 5, 2016.

California’s Great America Free Admission
Memorial Day Weekend, May 28-30, free admission to active or retired U.S. service men and women, including veterans, with a valid military I.D. Up to six (6) family members accompanying service personnel can get tickets for just $21.99. On Saturday Boomerang Bay opens and on Monday there will be color guard presentation and an all-you-can-eat BBQ ($17.99).

California State Parks
California State Parks will honor men and women who have served or are serving in the Armed Forces this Memorial Day by offering free admission at participating state parks.

Free Admission – Many local places are providing free admission to active duty military and veterans this Memorial Day weekend. Call ahead to confirm but parks, zoos, aquariums, amusement parks, museums, concerts, events and much more are providing free admission and discounts to family members this Memorial Day weekend.

Hawaii State Fair-Aloha Stadium
Free admission on Memorial Day, Monday May 30, for Active Duty Military with a valid Military ID.

Home Depot
A 10% discount is offered to all military veterans on Memorial Day to all veterans up to a maximum of $500. A year round 10% discount is available at all U.S. locations to active duty personnel, reservists, retired or disabled veterans and their immediate families. Must present a valid military ID. Unfortunately Home Depot does not accept state ID cards with veterans designation (some locations may). Note: Home Depot has unfortunately removed the military discount policy from their website while keeping the discount intact.

Hooters
Monday, May 30, military veterans, active duty military & spouses can enjoy one free entree from a pre-determined memorial day menu, including a 10 piece wings, a hooters burger, and more. This offer is at select Hooters locations across the U.S.

King’s Island
Offering Free admission to Active Duty and Retired military through the Memorial Day weekend. Friday, May 27 through Monday May 30, 2016.

Logans Roadhouse
Offering a 15% Military discount for active duty military from Saturday May 28 through Monday, May 30. To receive discount, dress in uniform or provide a military ID.

Lowes
All Veterans receive a 10% discount on Memorial Day. This is not to be confused with the Everyday 10% Military Discount which is available to those who are currently serving, Retired Veterans, or VA Recipients and their immediate family. See link for official rules.

McAlister’s Deli
Free meal to all active duty military in uniform or with a valid military ID. This offer is valid for one complimentary entree, drink, and desert on Memorial Day Monday May 30, 2016.

McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks
Offering a complimentary dine-in entree for lunch or dinner on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, 2016, as a gesture of gratitude to Active Duty Military, Reservists, Retirees, and Veterans.
