Phacil has an immediate need for a Certification & Accreditation Developer to support an important government customer at Camp Pendleton, CA.

Scope
Assist with developing DIACAP C&A documentation and artifacts, to include the System Identification Profile (SIP), DIACAP Implementation Plan (DIP), Validation Plan, Validation Reports, Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) and Scorecard using MCCAST. This support will also include the generation of Platform IT documentation and other documentation on behalf of sites as deemed necessary by the Government. Shall generate and provide Contingency Plan templates and assist sites in completing Configuration Management plans and Incident Response Plans and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments on systems being submitted for C&A by analyzing automated scans to include, Gold Disk, Retina, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) compliant outputs, and other tools as deemed necessary, along with architectures, POA&M’s. The Contractor shall assist sites in reducing risk by providing guidance on mitigation strategies and documenting these correctly in the DIACAP POA&M.

Conduct pre-Validation reviews utilizing generated check lists, for review of C&A packages for completeness and compliance with MarineCorps, DoN and DoD Information Assurance (IA) policies, coordinating with sites to obtain missing items or correcting discrepancies.

Provide any system, network or application expertise required to complete C&A packages.

Coordinate collaboration meetings and track action items.
