The Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer Acquisition Information Assurance Strategy (AIAS) Guidance has been updated to

conform to the latest Department of Defense guidance for submission of AIAS’s to support the Clinger-Cohen Act and SECNAVINST 5000.2E. This document provides guidance on development and submission of the AIAS to support system acquisition.
